ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS:
1. From the D
IAGNOSTICS screen, select the PRINTER option by pressing <6> on the keypad.
PRINTER
DESCRIPTION:
The P
RINTER option allows the terminal operator to perform the following functions:
1. D
EVICE STATUS. Displays a management report that shows properties of the terminal printer, such as
printer name, assigned port, driver version, and printer resolution.
2. R
EST / TEST PRINTER. This function tests the terminal printer by printing sample text using various
font styles and sizes.
3. C
ONFIGURE PRINTER. This function enables you to setup the operating parameters for the terminal
printer.

ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS:
1. From the DIAGNOSTICS screen, select the PRINTER op-
tion by pressing <6> on the keypad.
2. Select D
EVICE STATUS by pressing <1> on the keypad.
D
ESCRIPTION:
DEVICE STATUS displays a report that shows properties of the
terminal printer, such as printer name, status, errors, etc.
The report is displayed in a Management Report dialog, which
can be printed to the receipt printer or saved to an external
memory device.
